Hire Fees
$100 for Members
$180 for Non-members
Members - please consult the first page of the member's welcome pack you received over email when joining for your discount code (case sensitive).
To book the venue
On the calendar, click on the session that you would like to book (if the session has already been booked, it will say so).
Click on the "Book this session" button inside the calendar event and fill in the form that opens.
After you click on the 'SUBMIT' button, you will receive a link to the Venue Hire Information Pack which contains the door code, and useful information about the centre.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans change, especially with little ones, and you may need to cancel your booking for a number of reasons.
We have a three week cancellation policy for party bookings.
To receive a refund from a booking a written cancellation notice must be received at least three weeks prior to the booking date.
If a cancellation is received after the three week period, the hire fee will not be refunded.
